I purchased this class over 3 weeks ago. I have reached out SEVERAL times via email, phone calls, and i’ve wrote on this business page as well as instagram but yet my request for the private group has still been pending. The facebook group was mentioned during the training to offer continued support after the dispatch training. I don’t understand the point of having a business when people don’t communicate effectively and professionally.
