If I could give even less stars I would. The customer service here is disgraceful. I had an appointment on a Sunday and I had car trouble and so I called to rescheduled for the very next day. While, I understand there is a cancellation policy that should be adhered to, they charged my credit card the full $170 for the appointment even though I rescheduled it for less than 24 hours laters due to something out if my control. Excellent experience. Very professional. Clean and I love my results. Very suttle and natural. Aimee is wonderful.
I've never gotten my brows done before so I was super nervous but they did a wonderful job! I love how they turned out and the service was great. They helped me reschedule my appointment with no fuss.
They are great here! Highly recommend. I usually see Diana but all the staff are good at what they do and so kind! Most notably I have a crazy schedule and they are always willing to work with me even to reschedule!
Aimeé was so accommodating and personable making my first brow lamination a wonderful experience. She made me feel comfortable and was very informative. Thank you again!
