I have been going to Erica for about a year for eyebrow threading & tinting. Ive been many places & Im picky. I showed Erica a picture of how I like my eyebrows to look & she nailed it. I just had the worst experience and am so disappointed and shocked and frankly disgusted that I felt compelled to write this review . I have been a long standing happy satisfied customers here for the last 4 YEARS ! I go frequently for lash extensions that cost upwards of 250 and fills in between .. I recently had an appointment and had to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency . I was then charged a cancellation fee .
