I went in for a consultation for color. I really enjoyed the time I spent with the colorist. The other staff members I met were very kind and welcoming. However, I have been trying to book a service for several weeks and have been met with radio silence. I have sent a few emails and left a voicemail. I’m super bummed because I really enjoyed my consult. I had high hopes but the booking process (or lack there of) means I won’t be a customer.
The Highbrow Hippie experience is unlike any other. Best in class service, and every detail of the atelier is thoughtfully curated with wellness in mind. Kadi is a magician when it comes to hair color, and she leads an incredible team of experts. I would follow her to the ends of the earth, but I’m glad I can look no further than her beautiful space in Venice. Oh, and Hector will give you the most amazing hair cut! A trip to Highbrow Hippie will nourish your hair and your soul.
I would never support this business. Go listen to Meghan Markles podcast to prove it. I know!!!!!! Smh episode 4/22/25 10:17 mark. The way Kadi speaks is filled with extremely outdated ideas. This did not happen.
