Has been a good place to live until new neighbors moved in. Very noisy. Been a few weeks now, and we’ve tried to be civil and let management know that this has been an issue. I work from home and the noise through the walls is affecting my work. The issue has not been resolved, and neighbors are getting louder and louder everyday, almost seems on purpose. Just want to be able to not hear my neighbors at any hour of the day and live peacefully.
My fiancé and I moved into Highbrook Townhomes about a month and a half ago. We have truly been impressed with how prompt property managers and maintenance has been. They have all been very kind and caring in assuring whenever we have had questions or needed anything. Maintenance has been very respectful and personable and has made us feel comfortable with him entering our home. We are very content and happy calling Highbrook our home.
Highbrook townhomes has been great for my family and ai for the past year. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I love the washer and dryer in the unit.
A year and a half living here and I love it !!! It is very quiet and safe for children!!! I recommend it 100 percent
Smooth move in process and very polite workers. It was very easy to get our lease setup and moved in, lots of flexibility from the staff.
