Lived here for a bit until we were waiting to move into our house and it was fine for a bit until we realized what kind of people live next door. Complaining about every little noise whether it’s music playing lightly from my phone or watching the tv. No matter what time of day, it even got ridiculous enough that they had called the police at 10am. Totally understand people that work from home but you def gotta get over some noise that you are inevitably going to hear from your neighbors from them trying to live their lives ... read more
My partner and I have been living here for just over a month, and while there were various issues to resolve upon moving in (pest control, broken shelving, etc), the leasing office crew and the maintenance team have been incredibly helpful and prompt in helping these get resolved! The parking lot could use some adjustment, as I’ve found it pretty difficult to park in my spot due to the small size of the lot. Overall, really nice place to live though.
Has been a good place to live until new neighbors moved in. Very noisy. Been a few weeks now, and we’ve tried to be civil and let management know that this has been an issue. I work from home and the noise through the walls is affecting my work. The issue has not been resolved, and neighbors are getting louder and louder everyday, almost seems on purpose. Just want to be able to not hear my neighbors at any hour of the day and live peacefully.
My fiancé and I moved into Highbrook Townhomes about a month and a half ago. We have truly been impressed with how prompt property managers and maintenance has been. They have all been very kind and caring in assuring whenever we have had questions or needed anything. Maintenance has been very respectful and personable and has made us feel comfortable with him entering our home. We are very content and happy calling Highbrook our home.
