I had a very positive experience at HighBar Cranston. Check-in was very easy and support staff was always pleasant. My physical therapist, Christine was excellent. I appreciated that she would answer my multiple questions about why specific exercises were chosen. She also was very good about ensuring that I was doing the exercises properly. I made significant progress, and know what to do at home to continue progress. The assistant Jaden was also very good. He had a smile, joke, or encouraging word for everyone. The pool is ALWAYS broken. They gave me the wrong info on whether my insurance approved my appointments
The pool is ALWAYS broken. They gave me the wrong info on whether my insurance approved my appointments. Cal makes appointment then gets called away cause he's also running the place. Felt very unimportant to them as a patient.
