The pool is ALWAYS broken. They gave me the wrong info on whether my insurance approved my appointments. Cal makes appointment then gets called away cause he's also running the place. Felt very unimportant to them as a patient.
I have been to Highbar for two separate issues each time receiving excellent personalized care. Their staff is knowledgeable and informative in a way that puts your mind at ease.
They are very good people there and professional. They don’t just making a job. They are making them job very well.
