Having experienced other care homes I cannot see how anyone could rate High Wray poorly, the place feels more like a boutique hotel than a care home. The whole place smells. Lean and fresh. My mum has moved into High Wray, for a temporary (at least at first) period following a fall and stay in hospital. Her room is modern and spacious with lovely large windows and a nice view. Specialist in human trafficking and modern day slavery and very rude management..Don't expect a positive review all the time, it depends on how you treat others like your clients, relatives and staffs.
Never take a chance! The staff are not trained, dangerous management.
We have been providing private neuro physiotherapy to a number of our patients staying at High Wray on and off for a number of years. There is always a lovely welcoming feel from the team and management, nothing is ever too much trouble!
