I had a very similar experience as Kayla, except Amazon took care of me when I had an issue—and Jasion Bikes did not. That’s why I highly recommend checking out High Voltage Electric Bikes before buying elsewhere! This place is very customer oriented and they are extremely knowledgeable about e-bikes. I jumped the gun and bought a cheaper e-bike from overseas through Amazon, and I wasn’t impressed. These guys are the absolute best! Like family down here. Bought my bike here, and always come here for service. New dude Dylan in the back is the best mechanic in town.
Great price and service
Horrible. Dropped my bike off 7/24/26. Needed brakes and the motor checked. Apparently the guy for the motor, Chris, never shows up to work. He was gone the whole week to return on Friday 31st. High Voltage prioritizes bikes bought there over any other bike. So my bike, already there for a week, still has to wait because he left again and would not be back to work until Wed August 5th. Upon his return, my bike would have only been looked at, and not fixed. Which means I would have to wait another week for repairs. As someone... read more
