Service department guy that answers the phone sounds like he had a heart attack or something because he is cranky. Has a lot of tone on his voice as if his opinion is the only one that matters. Hey dude. We are the customer and we just need some service done. Maybe you could try listening to what we need done. Would that be a issue for you instead of saying things like yeah yeah yeah we’ll look at it when it gets in. No I wanna know. Are you gonna look at what I’m talking about
I absolutely am in love with this e-bike dealer! They have always given great service, very hospitable, always took care of me! I recently had my basalt st stolen from me and I called High Voltage and talk to Rudy and he gave me a great deal on the new basalt st 2.0! If you are looking for a quality E-Bike at a reasonable price the High Voltage is the place to go!
