Service department guy that answers the phone sounds like he had a heart attack or something because he is cranky. Has a lot of tone on his voice as if his opinion is the only one that matters. Hey dude. We are the customer and we just need some service done. Maybe you could try listening to what we need done. Would that be a issue for you instead of saying things like yeah yeah yeah we’ll look at it when it gets in. No I wanna know. Are you gonna look at what I’m talking about
