I am truly disappointed in this company. We paid 1200 for a bike around Christmas. The sales people were very nice and promised a repair contract. We took the bike back due to damage caused by son and we take full accountability for this. However, the bike people promised us a repair and now we are 3 weeks later with no calls. They were nice in the beginning when we paid our money , now they become angry when we call to see if the bike is ready. Still have our bike back. If you offer service, you should deliver.
This place is amazing!!!! They fixed my son’s bike quickly…. Friendly people…. Definitely recommend!!!
This is a great place to buy an ebike. I bought mine here in January and saved several hundred dollars. Great people to work with, good service and support. I would highly recommend this place.
This place gets five stars all day!!! Rudy in sales went above and beyond to assist me, he even threw in some extras for me! The bikes they sell are top notch, they even have their own brand, which are really cool and great quality. I have nothing bad to say at all, my experience here has made me so happy. I shouldn't have to go back too soon but I can't wait!
We bought 2 Big Sur’s a year ago because Chris and his staff were wonderful to work with. The bikes are good quality, enjoyable to ride on and off trail and easy to tote on our truck or camper. Highly recommended.
