Came in for a part. The folks were nice and helpful.
They not only care about your e-bike, they care about you!! They can be trusted and are very competent. I would go out of my way to have them work on my e-bike!!!
I took my little brother’s bike in for some repairs, and the team was super friendly. They not only made sure everything was fixed correctly, but also double-checked that the entire bike was functioning properly. I had no idea the valve stem was slightly off center, but they noticed it and adjusted it to prevent future problems without me even asking. If you need bike service, I highly recommend this place. Their customer service was outstanding.
Bought a bike here and bring it back for repairs regularly. The staff here is always super helpful and the repair prices and times are reasonable! Hidden gem!
One of the best experiences I've ever had a store and I've been to a few they really care about the customer and make u feel like a friend they are flexible with veterans and have a great reputation anyone buying or thinking about buying should give High Voltage a shot.
