Booked a shuttle on 9/26/25 for 10/17/25. Made a trip specifically to ride the Crest using this shuttle service for this date. I get to the business and the shuttle isn’t running! No one contacted me over the 3 week period stating they weren’t going to run the shuttle. The nice people in the coffee shop tried to help, but doesn’t make up for a poor, unorganized service. Tried for weeks to get a credit back from these guys after cancelling our reservation weeks prior and the day after we made reservation. After finally receiving a text from someone there, we were assured that a credit was on its way. To no avail! Gave these guys ample time to do the right thing but finally had to contact Amex and start the process....A LOT of wasted time. Could have been handled better on their end. Do not recommend this outfit. I'd use another bike shuttle service.
