They’re unpleasant to deal with and difficult to work with. High Tower Business Solutions has been handling my taxes for the last few years, but they lack integrity and offer no encouragement when things are challenging. Their service has been disappointing and lacks quality.
Courtney Burchett (aka. Superwoman/Wonderwomen) is an absolute wizard with Quickbooks Online. My quickbooks for my landscaping business was all kind’s of messed up after my first year of running this “new to me” software. In a 2 hour interactive zoom call, she managed to fix all of my mistakes and reconciling back 9 months worth of books to get me back on track, as well as taught me how to prevent further mistakes in the future.
