Overpriced , unclear exchange policies.
If I could post this review without giving it any stars, I would!! The worst service I’ve ever had in a dispensary! The clerk had no idea about, well, much of anything! I went in looking for RSO, he didn’t know what that was 🤯 so I specifically asked for Rick Simpson Oil. They didn’t have it. We asked for a consumable oil and was told he didn’t specialize in oils. I went in to get some rso, and the guy at the counter did not know what it was. Which is fine. I asked him about any other decarbed oil and he had no idea what decarbing was. I had to explain the basics of weed to him. I feel like the guy behind the counter should at least have a little knowledge about cannabis. It’s laughable Absolutely horrible service Avoid at all costs
