I visited High Ties on Rideau to buy a vape battery that my regular store didn't carry. My first visit was positive: a friendly clerk greeted me with a big smile, and although they didn't have the item I wanted on that day, they offered alternatives. Before I left, the clerk informed me about their price-matching policy, making me glad I'd stopped by. My second visit, however, was entirely different.
