They don't stand behind the products they sell!! Expect to have plenty of smoke blown up your ass about how much they care about your satisfaction but in the end you'll get nothing back. Purchased a "Pufco" vaporizer for $405 on June 18, 2025. It worked for 6 tokes then failed. Pufco refused to refund my money because the package had been opened.
