Like everyone else the order was never sent and lost my money. This is just some backyard operator who posts items from supplier's websites then gets them delivered to a warehouse to forward on. When they take the payment they are not checking it the item is in stock. If it is out of stock you will never hear from them again. Don't waste your time and money
Placed order on 28/11/24. Received a confirmation email and text the same day. Waited the 1-12 days quoted in the email for shipping. Attempted to follow this up via email to their enquiries email, which bounced back multiple times. Attempted contacting them on facebook - remains unread 2 days later. Sent a text to the phone number listed on Wednesday and missed a return call back and short voicemail asking me to call back, nil other information. Bought items on black Friday sale to get a message days later saying they wernt available. By the time I receive a refund the sales will be over.
Should’ve read the reviews before ordering - ordered three pairs of shorts which were on sale, got an order confirmation email, but now a month later and haven’t heard any word at all. I’m going to open a dispute with my bank, what an annoying waste of time.
