Took 8 months to tell me I was a lier and my case was worth 1k , Morgan and Morgan in half the time got my case settled with 25k settlement. Would not recommend Michael Kirby, can’t speak for the rest of the firm.

For over 10 years I was battling an insurance company, thru no fault of my own, for a car accident that happened in 2004. I was hit in a head on collision and suffered several physical injuries as well as TBI. I’m now 31. The accident happened right after my 18th birthday and in my first semester of college. It took a lot from me and my family. So, as you can imagine I was exhausted and browbeat by the length of time that this case had been going on. When I met Mike Kirby all of this changed!! He is amazing! His team is amazing! They went to bat for me and helped me close the door on an extremely painful accident. They have given me more than you can possibly imagine. Not just a safety net for my health but also renewed faith in lawyers and their ability to connect with clients. He was compassionate and understanding. He took my case without a second thought. He felt the injustice that I felt for over 10 years was unacceptable. His legal assistant, Maura, is just as amazing. She even met us around our town to make things easier for us to continue with our normal comings and goings. I will never be able to thank Mike and Maura enough in this lifetime.
