Pick up and drop off right at the airport! Great communication made this so easy.
I travel a lot for work and I’m in the car business, so my expectation of vehicles is high. I’ve never experienced the level of service as I have from High River Rentals, they exceeded expectations every time. The vehicles are by far the cleanest and best maintained of any rental vehicle I have been in. Thank you for making traveling much more enjoyable!!
Best experience renting a car. EVER. Personal service/communication was through the roof. If given a chance choose High River. 100%.
I will ALWAYS use local companies like these when I can. EXCELLENT communication. They even had the car I reserved get in a wreck and be unavailable, but they called me personally and kept me updated, had a cancelation and were able to cover me. GREAT service! Very nice vehicle. The MOST convenient company ever - car at my hotel when I woke in the morning and I just dropped it off again before going to bed my last night at the same hotel.
I travel frequently and this was the best rental car experience I've ever had! All documents are uploaded and signed prior to traveling so the check in process is very smooth. They bring the car directly to the baggage claim area so that you can hop right in when you arrive. Drop off is just as simple as you either meet at baggage claim or park the car in airport parking (if departing in off hours).
