We booked with High River Rentals because we wanted winter tires, and you simply can't get them from the big guys. We were glad to find a true snow tire on the car but were surprised to find everything else was exceptional too: communication with a real human, flexible pickup options, vehicle cleanliness. And somehow this all comes at a competitive cost. (even ruling in my favor when an oversight was made!) We will use High River for our next rental in the area and will recommend to others without hesitation.
A great experience beginning to end. A great car, super convenient and easy pick-up and drop-off, and perfect communication throughout. Infinitely better than any standard rental. Highly recommended.
Best car rental service by far. Great service, they meet you at the pick up/drop off zone. No waiting in lines, great cars. Hope they expand to other airports!
This is hands down the best rental car experience I have ever had! Pick up and drop-off directly from the airport curb, no waiting in line or trying to find your car on the lot. Amazing customer service who where always quick to respond to texts and questions. Another big perk was being able to ensure that the car you reserve is the one you actually get. We got a Subaru Crosstrek with snow tires for a ski trip to Canada and could not have done it without High River Rentals!
Really great experience! Car was clean and well-equipped for driving to Canada up in the mountains, and the pickup/dropoff was super convenient. Staff were quick to reply and super helpful will definitely rent with them again whenever we come back!
