Just wanted to say thank you for the diligent employees of High Point Transit. I ride quite frequently and had an issue on Saturday where I couldn't see visually. I was trying to get to the ER and I don't know who the employees were that assisted me with helping me on and off the buses. Even holding my transfer bus to walk me to the ER staff who were waiting with a wheelchair. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING! Very clean and comfortable Not typical bus station
This the place I advise no one to go especially to add money to your transportation bus card they take people money and say you didn't add money to your card when you get ready to use your card it's gonna decline and when yu bring it to there attention they make you look like the victim. But they had a rude of waking taking my money many people been complaining they took their money too.It took them four hours after of me complaining calling Josh Stein wxii 12 news before they put my 10 back on that card that I had reloaded ... read more
