This place has been around for decades. First pair I had were wonderful. Lasted 2+ years. Then new owners came. We ordered a pair in Nov/Dec 2025 and finally got them in February. They lasted less than 6 months before they started to wear out, pretty disappointed there. What was more frustrating was the process. My other half ordered them for my birthday in January. They were repairing something for me nearly 4 months ago now. Ive tried going in and getting it back like 15 different times, ive called 4 seperate times and now the lines disconnected, and ive left a note on their door. They were repairing a vintage garment that costed over $100 and are not giving it back. They are legitimately just thieves. Ordered slippers christmas time. Still have not recieved them. Was in some communication with them, but now number has been disconnected and I dont think I'm ever getting them. Hate leaving a review like this for a small business especially if they are going through some family illness, but at a bare minimum refund customers money and dont let people continue to order off the website. Fear my money has been lost at this point.
Unfortunately I’m another one of the bad experiences that customers are recently reporting. Just got off the phone with my CC company to dispute the charge from early November 2025 which has yet to be fulfilled. I would have disputed earlier but they DID respond a couple times in December and February with generic apologies. I was understanding but now they won’t respond to anything. Placed my order & paid $229 on Nov 24th, 2025. Emailed them Dec 22nd & got a auto reply noting delays & family health issues. Apr 21, emailed again. Will be filing a charge back request with my credit card. Disappointed as these were gifts to replace prior pairs. Great quality IF YOU GET THEM!
