Same as everyone else. 4 months and no replies to emails or texts (can't leave a voicemail.) Here's the thing - whatever situation is going on, just be honest and transparent with your customers. Your website says 4-6 weeks. You need go update it to 4-6 months or whatever the truth is. Reply to people's messages. Tell them a timeline. Don't just ignore people and make them feel like you stole their money. You are a business. Act like one.
Ordered slippers as a Christmas gift in mid-December. Four months later and still no slippers, in spite of several promises. We stop by the shop and encounter closure notices on the door. We want our money back.
Same as the other reviews. Do not order from the business. We ordered in early December. They charged right away and now we can't get a hold of them. They should not charge anything until the item ships. We have waited 4 months, but we will be contacting our credit card company for a refund.

$100 slippers and I haven't heard a anything back. It's been past the 4-6 week mark. I've tried emailing, calling, texting and with no reply. I will be reporting to my bank soon. I'm sad cause I have reynauds and my toes are always cold. I was hoping to purchase these for the cold. But it's warming up now. My poor toesies have been cold all winter. ( ´-`)
