I placed an order in early December and it's febuary 13th, no response. I've emailed them a few times. Not sure what's going on with their order processing but if they're unable to fulfill orders they should really take down the ability to order.
I had the same experience, ordered my slippers late November...just got them in February. However, the quality is great and they have a new type of hard sole which is nicer than previous. Was looking at 1 star review, but they finally came through. Do better next Christmas please...I'd like to order some more.
Unfortunately I must also caution people to stay away from tis business. I ordered slippers in October. Received an email a few weeks later with a delay due to breaking my size mold. Was understanding of the situation and asked them to ship as soon as they are back to production. Emailed on Dec 9 asking for the update, didn't receive a response. Similar story for me. I ordered on Nov. 2nd. Every three or four weeks I would contact Casey for an update. She'd say they're having family medical issues so be patient. After waiting over two months I emailed asking for a refund...no reply. I emailed again a couple of days ago asking about the refund...still no reply. I just called twice today and only get the same recorded message. Sadly have to go to my credit card company for the refund.
BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order with High Plains Sheepskin in October, and as of this month (January 2026), I still have not received it. Despite repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails, I have received absolutely no response. While this may be a family-owned business, that does not excuse the complete lack of communication with paying customers.
