I have banked with HPB since I opened my very first checking and savings accounts. I have had the pleasure of dealing with multiple branch locations. The employees are ALWAYS kind and friendly, they address you by name, and are eagerly willing to assist however needed. We gladly use our hometown bank for our personal and business needs, ensuring we have a quality bank working for us with people we know and trust.
The Flagler Branch has the absolute BEST employees! They are competent, helpful and friendly! They even have suckers and stickers for the kids.

Love our hometown bank, friendly staff and always wonderful service. They are always helpful and swift with anything that we need taken care of. We have been customers for 20+ yrs.
Refused to cash my tax refund check despite it having a watermark and scannable QR code. I live here in Flagler even my drivers license says so. Forgery of a US treasury check is 10 years in prison. Do you really think I would risk that for $700? Seeing as they are the only bank in town they should really put more effort into serving people. Not Happy.
