I've been coming here for years on the back of gym and sport injuries (and just getting old) and the team are fantastic. I see Andrew whenever I have an issue and he's been awesome each and every time. They're focused on getting you back on your feet, back on the field or back in the gym. Had debilitating injury for extended period requiring daily medication. After a short period with High Performance Physio I have total relief and no longer need to medicate. I have since enjoyed 3 years free of the injury
I had terrible pelvic girdle pain from my pregnancy which left me unable to walk or sit. Kirsten made several home visits to help me manage the pain and allow me to move around the home making the remainder of my pregnancy more bearable. Very grateful for this help and all the other times the team here has helped me.
