Just received my first HP Cookers powered pot. I bought the 30qt for our small family meals. The fabrication is great; sits level, quality welds, nice finish. Truly surpassed my expectations. And the best part is; built in Louisiana by Americans!! I am looking forward to picking up an 80qt for larger gatherings!
I admit that when it comes to making a final selection on a product, it is an informed decision. I ended up with the HPC 30qt cooker. It is so convenient and easy to use I can't even believe it. The spigot to drain the pot aids tremendously in cleanup. The fact that the stand is a part of the cooker rather than a pot balancing precariously on a cheesy turkey fryer stand is so reassuring especially with kids around. Heats up faster and uses less propane than any cooker I have ever used! HIGHLY recommend!!!
