This place is a rip off. They charge you a fee to move in over .8000 and when you move out they keep your deposit. Like 1500.00. You have to buy your own appliances and its a small place. Everything is old from back in the 60s. The sewage system backs up all the time. I had a rodent problem ants and squirrels. I had to pay for someone to come in they didn't supply maintenance.
