I have been suffering with sciatica for about 6 months. I have had 4 appointments with Shana at HOQ acupuncture. She is nothing short of amazing. From my first appointment, I could feel the difference in my lower back. I couldn't recommend her enough. Gerry M

I was so apprehensive before my first appointment as I have never tried anything like this before but Shana so easily calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend

Amazing massage! Hit all the right spots. I chose the remedial option and then Shana finished off with the most relaxing head massage for me. Nice clean room, felt very comfortable. The place was so easy to find with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!!

I had a remedial massage with Shana and I was very impressed with her skills and professionalism. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. She turned on the aircon to accommodate me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. The pressure was spot on and she was able to find the right points to relieve my tension. I felt very relaxed afterwards and wished I had booked a longer session! Can’t wait to come back for more!

I am a chronic pain sufferer for nearly 30 years now. I had a car accident in my teens and I have tried every type of practitioner over the years! My current therapist is away for the holiday period and I have been limping for the past 2 weeks and in alot of pain. 2 days after Shana's treatment I am walking normally again and almost pain free! It takes alot for me to try someone new, so I'm really happy. I will definitely see her again!
