First off. This isn’t High Times, just a dumb marketing scam. Secondly, they sold a broken 70 dollar cartridge and refused to replace it. Also the manager gaslit me about the cartridge stating it was me who broke the defective product… avoid at all costs! 0 stars
This place was awesome. We were greeted by Danny M. she was so sweet and adorable she made me and my wife feel so welcome. The guys that helped us were Cody and Vince. They were both super, super helpful, and knowledgeable with everything.
Visiting Denver and this was my first time in a dispensary. They only take cash, but have an ATM. I had forgotten about all the problems with banks and credit card processing companies these businesses have. Make sure you bring cash. They had a good selection and were very helpful when explaining things. Even made sure I didn't buy too much since I only had a day left and couldn't bring it with me on the plane! Thanks for the reminder!
Weird entrance and you have to wait in a hallway filled with people. Super low on product and didn’t even have a house joint available. Next option was a $38 infused joint or a pack for $84. Awful prices for Denver. Go somewhere else.
These guys suck. They sold me an unsealed demo jar of the strain I wanted without telling me beforehand. Then when I realized it, I went back in to try to exchange it for a sealed, unopened jar. Their only response, “unfortunately all sales are final”. What a lame approach to customer service. They could have had a loyal new customer who lives right next door, but nope! The service sector is clearly in decline. The level of pure indifference at this place has to be industry leading. Never again.
