This place is like a dog prison. They don't care about the special needs of your dog. They only care about getting through their own schedule of feeding and cleaning. My small dogs came back in such bad shape I couldn't believe it. One dog was swollen and in a lot of pain and my other dog had lost weight. The person working the counter seem to be on drugs. I wish I could leave 0 stars but I'll have to settle for 1. My grand dog lost almost 10% body weight while there for 10 days. He looked emaciated when he was picked up and the facility (including the manager) was not concerned and never reached out to voice any potential concern. Yes!!! Our dog loves them. He is never a fight to drop off. The place is clean. My dog is groomed when I pick him up. Nice!!!

I have always used them fornmy animals but something happened this last time my 2 dogs where there. They cry themself to sleep now, they are so skidish it iant even funny. They dont act the same as they used to before I took my dogs here I'm not pleased at all.
Love the fact that they are there to care for pets at all times! I have a dog that is deathly afraid of thunderstorms. She requires medication when it storms. This left with me with not to many options when I went out of town. Most places close their doors and leave for the night. I found out through a friend that someone is near the kennel at all times. I decided to leave me pet at High Halo. Thunderstorms rolled in during the middle of the night while I was away, but she received her medication right before the storms hit.... read more
I boarded my dog over the Thanksgiving holiday, because my vet was full. It was a great place and my pet seemed to enjoy it. It was cheaper than my vet and more outside time. Going back for Christmas!
