This place is like a dog prison. They don't care about the special needs of your dog. They only care about getting through their own schedule of feeding and cleaning. My small dogs came back in such bad shape I couldn't believe it. One dog was swollen and in a lot of pain and my other dog had lost weight. The person working the counter seem to be on drugs. I wish I could leave 0 stars but I'll have to settle for 1. My grand dog lost almost 10% body weight while there for 10 days. He looked emaciated when he was picked up and the facility (including the manager) was not concerned and never reached out to voice any potential concern.
