Original Review (two stars): Misleading/incorrect info. on their website -- they acknowledge as much in an email. Why not just update the website??? Follow up/Edit (four stars) - the company has apparently corrected their website to remove the mention of a service they don't actually offer. This should avoid unnecessary wasted time and misunderstandings for both them and potential customers in the future. That's good. I wanted to get my wood cabinet doors redone. Sanded stained and protected. Russ had me send pictures gave me a price. He/they did a wonderful job. They look new. He gave me a timeline to get them done as it was a big project. 36 doors and 10 drawers. Daunting to us. Not to him /them. I only talked with Russ but know his daughter also works there. She probably worked right with him. Such quality work. He honored his price even though he did extra filling some cracks he saw. So happy!
Absolutely fantastic people to work with. Very accommodating with colors and finishes. They are exceptional with the quality of work they do. They listen to your needs and make something old, new and functional. I'd recommend them over and over again. After refininishig my chair, they recommended The Light Touch out of Indian Orchard Mass to custom make a cushion for me, and he (Stephen) was really outstanding himself!!Thank you Russell and Valerie for your expertise and workmanship and sending Stephen my way!
