This is a lovely location, the cleaning staff and cooking staff are amazing. Sadly that doesn't include management. The GM, her manager as well as the recreation staff are in the wrong profession. After repeated bullying but management, the straw that broke the camels back happened. After my father had a fall, suffering a broken rib. My mother resides here. This lodge has a warm ambience as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are all friendly and patient, they go above and beyond to ensure your family members feel at home.
