I don't bank here but sometimes go over to get change for the buisness I work for who does bank here. There is no lobby so we walk through the drive through. I frequently am asked in a snippy voice if I bank there. I tell the lady no and that I'm there for change. She's always very rude about simply breaking a $100 bill. I've also had to wait in the cold for them to acknowledge I'm there, even after hitting the call button. It's frustrating and quite rude. This bank has gone downhill. If they see you walk up to the drive through as a lot of businesses people will or people who ride their bikes have to do, they will help the people in cars first. Even if it’s 20 degrees out! There is no lobby downtown anymore which makes no sense! It’s really terrible how far down this bank has gone in the past few years.
I was at the teller the other day and I saw a few silver half dollars, I asked her to purchase them as they were in plain sight, but she said that I was not allowed to buy them as she was holding them for another teller who wasn't even there at the moment, she was out that day. I'm not sure but I was a customer and what happened to customer service and she wasn't very nice about this either. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I have much trust in this bank anymore.
Another low level bank! I take it back. They addressed my problem. Thanks!
