I used High Country as my mortgage lender. High Country has great loan products I would recommend. In the beginning of my home buying process, I was connected to Dan. Dan is very friendly, genuine, took the time to advise me based on my situation, and was on top of the financing process from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better lender. I was so happy with my experience with High Country. They are a local independent bank with great products and great people.
If you want to access your accounts, establish them with a different institution. Their security upgrade has made account access a nightmare and customer service is both unpleasant and unhelpful
The whole loan process with High Country Bank was smooth and easy. Dan was very responsive and always helpful. The online platform made the application clear and easy. Dan was attentive to make sure we locked in at the lowest rate possible. We would highly recommended High Country Bank and will use them for our future loan needs.
