They told my girlfriend the wait for a car was 1 hr. So after she waited outside of the hospital for 45min. She called back for a status update and they said "they didnt know the status of the ride". She wound up calling an uber. So much for "NON EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT"
Terrible experience. I called for pick up from a hospital and the never gave me a clear time. Every time I call they put me on hold or no clear answer. Finally they said someone will be there on a minute, but he passed by my location and parked way further, and the hospital staff member went to him then he canceled the trip. Last someone else came after but he stayed way far from confirmed pick up location. Stay away if them you will have a terrible experience.
