Horrible answering staff, the women articulated herself in such an uncivilized manner and I quote her “PERIOD”. This law firm illegally submits documents without authorization and then denies it when client tries to follow up on the matter. No degree secretary denied such action even though social security and health care financial have the proof in their computer system.

I just want to do a review on Robert Higgins and Associates they are all wonderful and great people to work with I would recommends them to anyone 100 percent they are the best they communicated with me very well and was a big help to me I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else they were amazing all the workers I worked with were very amazing I would definitely use them again if I had to and like I said I recommend them to anyone

They stuck with my case for over a year of clinics trying to withhold documents and the back and forth with my case. They always got back to me on thing I didn't understand and whenever I'd have to call for a hiccup in the process of my case. In the end, they helped me win after a total of 2 years of dealing with my issue that otherwise felt hopeless.
