Bought two bags of their hamster food and both bags were 90% white millet. Attempted to contact the company via email and phone and I cannot get a response from them. Have called and emailed multiple times and they refuse to respond

I don’t know what kind of food they are making but this has been an on going issue I immediately open the bags of food that ARE NOT CHEAP and these black bugs are coming out. I have reported this issue NUMEROUS amounts of time and they still come contaminated. That is why I purchased these grey containers they don’t let bugs in they’re new and clean and I still have THIS issue!!!
