Appalling service. Paid in advance for urgent advice and received no advice during the hour. Didn't even read the court order in advance of the phone call. Not even sure it was a solicitor on the call as no introduction. Haven't sent us a summary of the discussion or a receipt for the payment. I rarely leave reviews but felt it necessary.
