Have lived in St. Michaels for almost 40 years and have purchased many washers and dryers from Higgins and Spencer. Today they were refered by a major window covering manufacturer for repairs. When I called to set up a repair, the person was very rude and a not interested to help as I did not purchase the coverings from Higgins & Spencers. She was not interested even when I informed her that I will pay for the repair. Business must be good.

In the past we’ve had minor issues with (much) older appliances, previously purchased from Higgins & Spencer and they’ve always come out same day to fix the problem. At the very least they’ll inspect, order parts and come back ASAP to make the fix. I’ll never buy a new appliance elsewhere. We love Higgins & Spencer!
