First off best ladder selection you're going to find! And the big stores can't compare to the prices. With that out of the way, this store is like walking back in time. The people are friendly and have time for you. Very educated on what they sell and no pressure tactics. And when I left I was smiling like I made a friend. Highly recommend.
The owner loves to talk but is a great guy. Got an extension ladder from him for alot less then home depot or Lowe's. This guy definitely knows his stuff when it comes to ladders
