I contacted them last May I believe, for some assistance with a legal matter. We had everything ready for them to review and they recently called and apologized for the rinw it took to review the case. I paid something like $300-$400 just to get started and they have given me a reduction in my bill which I was grateful for. We have an answer on whether to proceed with our case.
