Mario isn't only a hifi pro, he's also a customer service pro! I made an error & ordered the incorrect cartridge for my turntable...Mario was an efficient communicator who helped troubleshoot my issues. There was no hesitation in accepting my return & then ordering the correct cartridge & then rerouting it to me. very impressed with the high level of service as well as my new cartridge.
