Great high-end audiophile shop (though my purchase wasn't anything near the extremes that "high end" can go to). The sales manager, Mike Deutsch, made my experience demo-ing and eventually buying loudspeakers (O Audio's Frigg 02) what it should be: a pleasure. Mike didn't push against my stated preference for other components that were only available elsewhere, offered an attractive deal, made good on all promises and balanced a reasonable level of salesmanship with knowing when not to push. Amazing support and the best speaker I’ve ever bought, will keep coming back
I needed some help getting a Nordost cable refitted and Mike at HiFi Loft made the whole thing so easy. No surprises, no upselling, just fast, direct, excellent service. Recommended.
