From the moment I reached out to Mike at hifi loft he was excellent. He patiently guided me to a set up the that for my apartment and budget, supports my vinyl and digital collections and most importantly, sounds absolutely fantastic. I could not be happier.
They have shown to be specially excellent when confronted with a problem that made more work for them. Mike took the situation in stride and looked for solutions not blame.
Mike was great, really understood what I was looking for, and I got great value for my money. Very happy customer. I'll be back when I'm ready to upgrade again.
Mike Deutsch at HiFi Loft is the best. He was very easy working with while I auditioned new speakers at nearly every HiFi store in NYC. HiFi Loft has your usual HiFi brands and the less common "Real" HiFi brands. Mike is super accommodating, low pressure, truly wants to make you happy, and provides fantastic customer service (even after the sale). You can email or text Mike 24/7 and he will respond promptly. So thrilled I bought my new speakers from Mike, and am looking forward to working with Mike again in the future.
