Dr. Nguyen was great. Very caring, happy to answer questions and provide reassurance. The way he asked if we were interested in circumcising or not and than respected our answer by not pushing circumcising was great. His nurse wasn’t the best taking vitals, she seemed annoyed and didn’t listen. Babies are wiggly.
We have surgery scheduled today 19-Dec-2024, we have not notified by email and text about time and confirmation of appointment. We went to banner desert center 8:30 am for my son surgery. Front desk asked me to check in and told they called 10:15 am they never called . My son is can not speak and hungry we went to ask manager she told your appointment 12:45 pm. 9 years kid has to do fasting until 12:45 pm with empty stomache. He has been my child’s urologist for a few years now and is amazing! Very responsive and answers any questions I have. Short wait times every time I have gone which is a bonus. Responds fast when called to report any issues. Highly recommend
My daughter saw this doc even though we requested an appt with someone else... He looked at some test results, and then proceeded to tell us that because her symptoms are atypical (though her urine and blood tests make it clear that there is something not good going on), he won't do anything to help her. There was no examination performed.
