Do not work with this "so called compassionate" lawyer if A) you don't have money OR B) your case is extremely complicated. Mr. Herbert will not go out of his way to help or provide ANY advice without being paid. He refuses LAO cases. I PAID for his services and was woefully disappointed with the outcome. He helped me on a brief which he knew full well of the financial ramifications to me and didn't say a word because it wasn't in his "scope". Be careful.
