Not only was the shipping extremely fast, but they were packaged with such care and so much appreciation which was shown by the enclosed leaflets and correspondence. My friends and I stopped in this beautiful shop on a whim at the end of the day on Sunday. I purchased a fabulous pair of moccasins. I love them! Unfortunately there was a sewing error on them that I neglected to notice while in Canada. I was so upset. I was sure I was going to have a miserable time remedying the situation. Boy was I wrong! My issue was resolved in record time. The owner was kind and understanding.
