After a series of unfortunate ski accidents, our family has been seeing Tony at HIDEF over the last 2+ years. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable healthcare providers I’ve met! I’ve been coming here for physical therapy with Abby for over a year, after surgeries on both of my knees. She’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and provides personalized home exercises that have really helped my recovery. Asia at the front desk is always kind and helpful, and the whole team ,from therapy to the gym creates a supportive and professional environment. I stumbled on this place completely by chance while getting a smoothie next door, I saw the sign for physical therapy. That same week, my sports medicine doctor had referred me to a surgeon for a hip labral tear (9 to 2) and MRI confirmed SI and l4 /l5 issues.
