We had Tony and team change a tv mount, hang a tv outdoors and install some lighting in my pavilion. They showed up on time and got right to it. They went beyond expectation. Left our house the way they found it. Thankful we chose Hi-Def
I have been working with HiDef, Pete(Sales Mgr) and all of the tech crew on projects both small & large. Pete has always been receptive, accommodating & professional. No matter who HiDef sends from their tech crew, you know you are in good hands. I would never buy a thing from these guys the guy driving in the car around Ocean County drives like a maniac cutting people off and tailgating. He’s a jerk, dangerous and obnoxious in his car. If this is what you get on the streets forget buying from them.
The most impressive thing about HiDef is how they stand behind their work. Their integrity and professionalism is amazing, and greatly appreciated. In particular, Pete has been fantastic in his service and continuous communication. Thank you for a job well done and look forward to future projects!
Tony and his Team were rockstars. He fit us in for an outdoor tv installation in a week. They showed on time, were very efficient, and took the time to help me setup my Verizon Fios TV Remote to work with the new tv. Highly recommend without hesitation.
