Great store with friendly personnel! We love this store, and anytime we go to Hico we always visit Hide and Horne. Suzann and staff are awesome! Super friendly and make you feel like family. We always end up buying unique items. Highly recommend this great place to shop.

My second store ever to visit while in Hico is on Pecan Street. Authentic Texas Ranchwear Hide and Horne. I entered here because of my love of men's vests. All vests including various materials. My preferences are open. They do have a few options. I would like to have seen some more large formal dress styles. What a joy, though! She outdid the vest options at Macy's at Almeda Mall in Houston. They also have a hat bar inside and do carry the Stetson brand!
We just discovered this store last spring when we came to Hico to shop and eat at Oma Leen's next door. So glad we did. We have been back 3 times and spent way too much money, but they have really nice clothes for men and women. I had an issue with a shirt collar and when I let them know they immediately contacted the manufacturer and are replacing the shirt. They really have old fashioned customer service and stand behind what they sell. I will be going back here to shop from now on.
