We ordered a king size bed which was built Locally. It is of excellent quality. The team who came to install ( which requires bolting To the studs) was excellent as well. It is very sturdy We chose wood which could be stained. The owner noticed that the color was not just right when they initially painted it, called us to confirm and redid the color as she was not happy with it all without any prior complaint from us. Love our new Murphy Bed! We had guests from out of town two days after installation and they loved the bed! They raved about how comfortable it was. Dawn, from the Bonita Springs location was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Hiddenbed USA!
Installation was smooth and professional. I would give five stars but it took several months after deposit for installation. The finish looks great!
