Moving my mother to Hidden Springs over 3 years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! After visiting over 25 facilities in the Dallas metroplex, I made this decision for several reasons - primarily the quality of staff and facilities. For 2.5 years she was in the Independent community living her best life - she often mentioned it was like being on a permanent cruise ship with outstanding meals and entertainment. My mother is in assisted living at Hidden Springs and the staff couldn’t be better. Compassionate, caring and helpful, making her comfortable in her home. There are constant activities and performances available. We are happy we found Hidden Springs.
Hidden Springs is a wonderful facility for your loved one. They have strong leadership who work hard and listen to your concerns and comments.
Absolutely top notch on every level. Hidden Springs truly makes my parents feel like they are home. The staff is extraordinary. I could not recommend it more! So very grateful for my new extended family at Hidden Springs!
We absolutely love this place! The staff and management were wonderful! They truly tried! We lost our mother (Sally Johnston, recently.) We all wish we’d kept her here!! They are not the least expensive. But there is good reason for that!! I truly believe that one of the biggest reasons we lost her so quickly, was because we moved her out of this facility.
