absolutely a beautiful piece of property. Billie is as pleasant as they come. admittedly, there's been a lack of maintenance and upkeep...But, there's a new sheriff in town. his name is Ray. he will definitely try to make your stay pleasant. fingers crossed...a new hot tub is coming. I've never been here. I was just roaming Google Maps and saw location pin that said "Hidden River Resort" and clicked on it. That being said, the frugal economist that I am I immediately saw the benefits of not having to purchase clothing, wash clothing, nor buy as much laundry soap as great positives. Biggest downside here is having to buy more sunscreen but I bet that doesn't offset the clothing and laundry savings.
The mandatory "membership fee" is OUTRAGEOUS compared to ANY other place. Don't waste your money. Go ANYWHERE else. You can't even park your car AT your camper! Who does that?
Our favorite place to visit! Billie is awesome! If anyone has a bad thing to say about Billie, it is because they don’t respect her place! She has been super nice to us and very sweet! We even made some signage for the place just because of the hospitality she showed us. This is the most peaceful place on earth you will find. Love Hiiden Rivert Resort and Love Ms. Billie!
