If I could give a zero star I would. We went to get tags and they gave them to us. Next thing, they called and they said they made a mistake and we needed to returned them. So I had to take a whole another day out of my week to go return them. The worst part is that they said that the money I paid in cash they would return via mail in a check. terrible experience with those office
6 people available and only 2 helping. The others just yawning and stretching in their chairs. Not good.
I have always used this office for my car's license plates and they are friendly and fast, but today I had a small question, I called them... they answered, the lady who answered directed me to the person who could help me. He gave me all the information I needed. I am very thankful that I was able to resolve my issue with their help. In person or by phone... great service.
