Today I went to renew my sticker that goes on my windshield and the guy in window 8 was kinda arrogant or rude he seemed like frustrated with his job or kinda acting or looking gangster type ..like kinda making weird faces and and seemed annoyed when I asked him questions about other topics about changing a title he seemed like bothered that I was there I don't understand why mngt would let people like this work for a state office.. Staff was very courteous, friendly, and patient. The building was nicely kept, the bathroom was clean. Seating wasn't as comfortable as I'd like, but was sufficient for the purpose of the property. The table for the window clerk was at the perfect height for me as I'm 5'1".
