Excellent customer service
HORRIBLE place. Incompetent staff. DO NOT write them a check for your property taxes and send it in the mail because it may never get deposited and posted. Sent payment timely and it took them over a month to deposit my check and 3 months to post it. If you call in, they leave you on hold or it rings and rings. Meanwhile, they send me threatening letters for collection.
