No matter what paperwork i am told to bring, once at the office, it is never enough! Conflicting information and made to jump through hoops. Unorganized, out of forms, not helpful and unprofessional.
I think DOGE needs to pay a visit and do an audit 👀
Terrible service, I went to change some license plates and they said they couldn’t they didn’t even want to try to figure it out. Came to the Edinburg location and they changed them in 5 minutes.
I keep trying to contact this staff and they keep transferring my calls to voicemail. I ma trying to figure out the balance owe but they are not of any assistance. They are taking way too long to update my account.
