I sent a friend of mine to Hicks Trophy about a year ago for their kid's Little League trophies and it was a last minute request. Not only was Joe, Greg and the folks down at the store very accommodating, they reassured them that the trophies would be done well within the timeframe. Not only were the trophies done ahead of when my friend needed them, the trophies were a big hit with the parents because they looked so detailed! I would definitely send more of my friends there based on the experienced my friend described!
