They like to charge people who never use them. Just dispute the bills with collections and they fall off because they can't legally force you into a service.
Ridiculous recycling fee for every person in the county. Just another money grab for some people sitting in big offices Update for 2023: Logging in to pay my yearly fine and still wish it was possible to give less than 1 star! Update for 2024: Still wish I could leave 0 stars. I hope a lot of people are illegally dumping at these locations!
There should an audit of this place. You're forced to pay for a service that you can't even use. Even at the main office all the bins were closed and marked full. Waste of gas and time to recycle. Burning more fossil fuel to go somewhere you can't use after even paying for it. Pathetic example of recycling.
They are so kind and knowledgeable. If you have any questions or are unsure of what is included in the yearly cost they will take the time to educate you. Very thankful for the services they provide.
