Just like some other people on here i got hit with the ridiculous late fee, I dont know how it is possible to have that high of a fee. I used to recycle before I moved to this county but now I go out of my way to not recycle.

Just received a late notice for a bill I always pay. I was unable find payment after checking both my bank account and my credit cards. I called to see if they could make an exception on their 83% late fees and was told no. NO! What makes me mad is that there was no consideration that I've always paid them and have never been late and a $25 late fee is excessive on a $30 bill. I used to use their services when they had their country wide clean up with collections in Denver and I used their recycling when they had collection ... read more

I've been here 3 times in the past week and they've never had a bin out. How am I supposed to use a service that I'm illegally taxed for if it's never available.

If you could update your hours on Google so people don't load their vehicles with trash and drive all the way to you to find out you took a 4 day weekend that would be awesome.
